All guests parking at CJS parking lot must provide Vehicle license plate to reception at check-in time to protect safety of our guests and avoid tress-passing parking vehicles within CJS Inn facility.All room rates are for 2 people occupancy only, additional $10 charge for each additional adult per room, kids 12 and under stay for free and must accompanied with the same room as parents. Maximum 2 people occupancy for a 1 Bed suite and 4 people occupancy for a 2 Beds suite.All amenities, furnitures and appliances with CJS facility remains the properties of CJS inn. Any damages or loss of properties caused by guests during their stay at CJS Inn will result in the event of a fee charge to guests at check-out time (charges will depend on the condition of property damaged and/or lost). For all Cash or Debit payments, a $100 cash security deposit will be held at check-in and will be refunded to guests at check-out time provided no damages and/or loss of CJS properties caused by guests during their stay. All rooms are smoke-free environment, failure in adhering to the policy will be charged a fee of $500 per guest.PRIVACY POLICY:We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain basic personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers and the dates and locations of hotel stays collected about our guests and prospective guests (Guest Information).
