"Nothing Special"

The shoebox room was not explained. No closet, fridge kept nothing cold, no where to put suitcases, today’s valet didn’t help with or bags. Lots of verbiage about dining. Didn’t see any. Scan code to get info, don’t know how. Wish it were a better experience.
