Very good, only complaint is the first hour in the hotel we spent waiting for someone to fix our TV when we wanted to just chill for a bit had to call four times to get someone to actually come. So sitting for an hour in silence was not ideal. Otherwise wonderful stay here.

InterContinental Miami is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff went over and above including storing our luggage until our room was ready. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that opens at 6:00 a.m. Pool deck was absolutely beautiful, did not try the spa as we were just here for one night.

When you walk in, the lobby is so expansive, well lit, music playing, hip folks walking about at all times of the day. Big restaurants, really good food. But, if like me you retreat to your room for rest and recharging, you will be treated to a large room with outstanding appointments such as linens, towels, coffee maker and other lovely touches. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay: I slept well, ate well and was undisturbed when needed. I hope to return and try the spa!
