I’ve Always wanted to stay here! It exceeded my expectations! Shared a family vacation here this last week It was everything I’d hoped for, from the minute we arrived at the registration desk we were greeted by a lovely clerk who did her best to get us into our suite as soon as she could. She did! The food, cocktails and customer service have all been top notch! We spent our last night dining at Prime 54 Steak house. The maître d’ welcomed us in even though they were close to closing for the evening. Our bartender/Waiter “Ronald?” made us feel like we were family. That’s pretty much the vibe at this hotel like you belong here. Can’t wait to return!
Staff are great, energy is amazing.
The food was consistently high quality, accommodating staff, service focused staff, cleanliness, pool staff managed well.
The resort is beautiful and the jacuzzi and pool are great.
